Constitutional Hydrotherapy
An ancient Germanic treatment using alternating hot and cold water applications to stimulate circulation, lymphatic flow, and organ function. This gentle therapy supports immune health, enhances detoxification, and promotes the body’s natural healing response.
Bodywork/Fire Cupping
60-minute body work session focused on relieving muscle tension, improving movement and range of motion, and releasing activated trigger points. Problem areas treated may include headaches, migraines, TMJD, neck and back pain, and general muscle pain.
